According to the relevant provisions of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, physical stores do not provide the right to a 7-day appreciation period. After the goods are sold, no returns or exchanges are provided, regardless of whether the goods have been opened or used. * If the product is defective, exchange service can be provided (limited to products of the same model), but no return service is provided.

Notes on exchange：

▪ After completing the purchase and receiving the goods, please immediately confirm whether the goods you ordered are defective. If the goods are damaged due to incorrect delivery or non-human factors, we will provide you with an exchange service.

▪ If the product is defective, please contact the physical store where you originally purchased it within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the product for defects or damage. Exchange services will not be accepted after the deadline.

▪ When exchanging goods, please do not open or discard the product packaging bag. If it has been opened, packaging fees will be charged and the rights of exchange will be affected.

▪ The exchange request has been made more than 7 days after the product was received.

▪ The original packaging of the product has been opened, used, and accessories or gifts are missing.

▪ Special price clearance and out-of-print items, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

▪ If the product is ordered incorrectly due to personal negligence, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

▪ If the product has been opened, returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the product itself is defective or damaged.
