According to the relevant provisions of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, physical stores do not provide the right to a 7-day appreciation period. After the goods are sold, no returns or exchanges are provided, regardless of whether the goods have been opened or used. * If the product is defective, exchange service can be provided (limited to products of the same model), but no return service is provided.<\/p>\n
